Wow! Wow! Wow! No one can tell me that the market isn’t changing. I’m seeing it in the behavior of clients, prospects and our candidate network. The key ingredient affecting this change is the market itself; a circle cause and affect.
During the past two years, I’ve led our team to execute “behind the scenes” strategic marketing initiatives in an effort to yield more brand awareness and revenue gain when financial confidence returned. So far, I’m pleased with how this is shaking out in 2011.
While we’re seeing some differences, we have to remind ourselves not to get too cocky. We may have won some deals that didn’t take as much muscle as a year ago, but that doesn’t mean we take our eyes off key areas that make us successful; diligence, creativity, sound decision making, integrity to the sales process and a relentless persistence to win!
I will be the first to announce when the success we are seeing is a solid, unquestionable trend. But for right now, I’m staying on course and keeping my eye on the prize.
