  1. One consistent habit is regular monitoring of news and info about prospects and clients. I use Google Reader and Feedly to monitor real time updates on people and companies we work with in order to stay in touch and maintain rapport.

  2. I work with sales teams to help them improve their resiliency and increase their energy. I reference The Power of Habit when talking about routines and rituals to maintain and improve their health and recommend it for develop other habits too.
