    When times were tough and people were afraid of losing their jobs employers didn’t really have to “invest” in their employees. Plenty of people were just happy to have a job. But as the pendulum swings in the other direction and more opportunities open up employees can choose to work for someone that respects and values them. Show your team why they matter!
